Basics & pricing
What is CPM, and what am I paying for?
CPM is the price per 1,000 successful message deliveries. A successful delivery records a technical send; it does not confirm a view, read, click, unique person or new customer. Each campaign type has its own minimum CPM. Check the calculator or campaign form for the current rate.
Link to this answerHow many messages can I send for my budget?
Estimated deliveries = budget ÷ CPM × 1,000, subject to the campaign’s sending rules. For example, $1 at a $0.50 CPM buys about 2,000 successful deliveries. This is an arithmetic example, not a rate offered for every audience. Available recipients and competition also affect delivery.
Link to this answerHow much does it cost to reach the full audience?
There is no fixed price for reaching the entire network. The eligible audience changes, and All Users does not mean every Telegram user. Estimate a sending volume and CPM in the calculator. Premium audiences are separate, and an estimate does not reserve recipients.
Link to this answerHow do I control my spending? Is $10 a minimum deposit?
Set the sending limit and CPM before launching. At a fixed CPM, planned cost is sending limit × CPM ÷ 1,000. If you change CPM or enable automatic increases, review the resulting cost and maximum bid. The calculator’s $10 example is not a minimum deposit; payment providers show their own limits and fees.
Link to this answerHow is CPM different from cost per customer?
CPM measures sending cost. Cost per customer depends on what recipients do afterwards. If 1,000 deliveries cost $0.50 and you independently measure 10 new customers, the acquisition cost is $0.05 each. AdHub does not guarantee a conversion rate or a fixed acquisition cost.
Link to this answerIs All Users the cheapest option?
All Users has the lowest entry CPM among the regular broadcast audiences. All Premium is the lower-entry-CPM Premium option compared with Premium 24h. A lower sending price does not necessarily mean a lower cost per customer: test audience fit and measure the outcome.

Campaign types & delivery
What is the difference between All Users and Mass Active?
Broad reach uses All Users, the broader eligible bot audience. Recently active uses Mass 24h, Mass 3d, Mass 7d or Mass 30d, based on recent bot activity. These windows describe the audience, not the campaign duration. Compare the current CPM and estimate for each option before choosing.
Link to this answerDoes All Users mean all Telegram users?
No. It means the broader eligible audience available through participating bots. It does not give access to arbitrary Telegram accounts, your contacts or every channel subscriber. Delivery remains subject to recipient eligibility, campaign settings and available traffic.
Link to this answerWhich campaign type should I test first?
Start with the audience that fits your offer and a budget you can evaluate. All Users prioritises broad reach at a lower entry CPM; Mass options let you test recent activity; Premium options narrow the audience by subscription status. No type has a guaranteed best conversion rate.
Link to this answerCan I test different campaign types together?
Yes, use separate campaigns to compare audiences and track spend separately. Each advert can be linked to one campaign, so prepare separate adverts when testing several campaigns. Audiences may overlap: adding their sending counts does not give a count of unique people.
Link to this answerHow quickly will delivery finish and users respond?
There is no guaranteed completion time. Approval, eligible recipients, balance, sending limit and competing bids affect delivery. A higher CPM may improve competitiveness, but cannot guarantee immediate sending. Recipients can respond later or never; a delivery estimate is not a forecast of new users.
Link to this answerIs the Active campaign option still available?
Yes. Active is available as an additional campaign option in the account. It is separate from the Mass 24h/3d/7d/30d broadcast options shown under Recently active. Review its settings and estimate in its own creation form.

Results, errors & troubleshooting
Where can I see delivery progress and spending?
Open your campaign to inspect status, successful deliveries, planned and actual cost, delivery speed and events. Hourly and daily statistics help you see when sending happened. For clicks, bot starts, sign-ups or purchases, compare these figures with your own destination analytics.
Link to this answerWhat do delivery errors, 403 and timeouts mean?
Error Count records failed sending attempts, not successful deliveries. A 403 can mean a bot cannot message that recipient; a timeout means a request did not finish in time. The error breakdown helps identify repeated problems. Invalid formatting or inaccessible media can stop a campaign; check the event details before restarting.
Link to this answerWhy are planned cost and actual cost different?
Planned cost uses the sending limit and the configured CPM. Actual cost follows successful deliveries and the rates used while sending. Partial delivery, rounding, manual bid changes and automatic CPM increases can make the figures differ. Check the campaign’s cost and event history when comparing them.
Link to this answerWhy is my campaign waiting, paused or not delivering?
Check whether it is enabled, whether the ad is approved, whether the sending limit is reached and whether your balance is sufficient. Then inspect recent events for competing bids or delivery errors. Increasing the bid only helps with competition; it does not fix an unapproved ad or broken media.
Link to this answerHow can I improve delivery speed?
First resolve approval, balance and ad errors. If the campaign is waiting because of competing bids, consider a higher CPM within your budget or review automatic CPM settings. A broader eligible audience may also change availability. Recheck expected cost whenever you adjust the bid or audience.
Link to this answerWhy does my campaign say “Can’t be started”?
Open its status and events to find the reason. If the sending limit has been reached, review and increase it only if you want additional paid deliveries. Otherwise check balance, ad approval and any formatting or media error. Fix the cause before enabling the campaign again.
Link to this answerHow can I test before committing a larger budget?
Preview the ad and check its destination, then run a small campaign whose sending limit and CPM fit your test budget. For example, estimate 1,000 deliveries at the selected audience’s current CPM. Compare successful sends, spend and your own conversion data before increasing volume.

Ad creation, media & buttons
How do I create an ad?
Open the advert editor and choose what you want to promote: a bot, channel or website. Add the message and destination, then optional media and a button. Check the preview and save. An advert is the message; a campaign chooses its audience, sending limit and CPM.
Link to this answerWhich text formatting mode should I use?
The web editor offers HTML and Markdown. HTML is the default and supports the editor’s formatting controls. Markdown uses Telegram markup. Keep the selected mode consistent with your text; changing the mode can change how symbols are interpreted. Use the preview and a test message to verify the result.
Link to this answerWhat can I write in Markdown?
Basic examples are *bold*, _italic_ and [link text](https://example.com). The editor’s Markdown option is not MarkdownV2: their escaping rules differ. Avoid pasting website Markdown with tables or inline images. If Telegram reports a formatting error, simplify the text and test again.
Link to this answerWhat HTML formatting is supported?
Use the editor’s formatting controls for Telegram-compatible text. Common examples include <b>bold</b>, <i>italic</i>, <a href="https://example.com">a link</a> and <code>code</code>. A Telegram message is not a web page: page-layout tags such as <div>, <table> and <img> are not a way to format the ad or attach media.
Link to this answerHow do I add an image or video?
Use the editor’s image or video controls, or its supported media URL field. Media must be reachable by the delivery service; a private file link may not work. Review the upload control’s current restrictions instead of relying on an old file-size limit. Check the saved preview and test delivery after changing media.
Link to this answerCan I preview the ad and send a test message?
Yes. The editor preview shows the message, media and button together. Send test sends an actual message, so check the test recipient before using it. A browser preview cannot confirm that Telegram accepts the formatting or media, and a test message does not launch the advertising campaign.
Link to this answerCan I edit an ad that already has a campaign?
Yes, open it in Adverts, make your changes and save. Content changes can require approval again. For a running campaign, stop it before editing and review or restart it after saving so the updated message and settings are applied. Already delivered messages are not rewritten.

Moderation & ad quality
What content is allowed in an ad?
Follow the current Terms of Service for both your message and its destination. Do not submit illegal, deceptive or prohibited sexual content, or material you do not have the right to use. Claims and comparisons must be accurate. If you are unsure about a creative, ask support before preparing a paid campaign.
Link to this answerHow long does moderation take?
Delivery requires an approved ad. The FAQ cannot promise an approval time: check the advert’s current status and contact support if it remains unresolved. Allow time for review when planning your campaign, and remember that editing content can require another review.
Link to this answerWhat should I check before submitting an ad?
Review the text, claims, media, formatting, button caption and destination together. Make sure the link works and the landing page matches the offer. Broken media, invalid formatting, misleading copy or an unusable destination can prevent approval or delivery. A good browser preview alone does not prove the ad is ready.
Link to this answerWhat should I do if my ad is rejected?
Check the advert’s status and any available feedback. Correct the content or technical issue, save and check its review status again. If the reason is unclear, send support the advert ID and explain what you need clarified. Approval of one creative does not automatically approve later edits.

Testing & better ads
How can I make my ad clearer and more useful?
Explain one concrete benefit and one next step. Use a short, accurate button caption such as “Open bot” or “See details”. Keep the message easy to scan and make the destination match the promise. Test wording with your audience; no phrase, emoji or text length guarantees better results.
Link to this answerDo I always need an image or complex formatting?
No. Use media when it explains the offer, and formatting when it improves readability. A clear text-only message can be worth testing alongside a version with media. Keep the offer and measurement method comparable; do not assume an image or a parse mode automatically improves conversion.
Link to this answerHow do I know whether the ad brought useful results?
Decide what success means before launching: bot starts, sign-ups, purchases or another action you can measure. Use a distinct destination link or bot start parameter for each test and compare your own records with campaign spend. Successful deliveries in AdHub are not click or conversion tracking.
Link to this answerWhat should I change if an ad is not performing?
First separate a delivery problem from a conversion problem. If messages are sending but your desired actions are low, check the destination, offer, audience and creative. Change one variable at a time and compare similar budgets. Use separate adverts for separate campaigns so the results remain easy to interpret.
Link to this answerWhat CPM should I choose for a first test?
Use the current minimum and estimate for your chosen audience as a starting reference. Check whether delivery is constrained by competition before raising your bid. Increasing CPM buys a more competitive sending bid, not a better creative or guaranteed customers. Recalculate the cost for your sending limit after any change.

Campaign setup & launch
How do I launch my first campaign?
Create and save an advert, then choose the campaign type and select that advert. Review the sending limit, CPM, optional automatic bid settings and balance. Create Campaign explicitly creates and enables the campaign. Delivery still depends on approval, available recipients, competition and sufficient funds.
Link to this answerWhat does Sending Limit control?
Sending Limit is the target number of successful messages, not a count of views or new users. Planned cost combines this limit with your CPM. When the campaign reaches its limit it stops; increasing the limit can permit more paid deliveries, so review the cost before restarting.
Link to this answerWhat does “Send only to unique users” do?
For supported broadcast campaigns, this option skips Telegram user IDs already recorded in that campaign’s delivery history, including across participating bots. It does not exclude recipients from all your other campaigns. The history is retained for a limited time, so this is not a permanent exclusion list or proof of a unique human. A smaller eligible audience can slow delivery.
Link to this answerCan I see an estimate before signing up or launching?
Yes. The public calculator compares audience, budget and CPM without an account. The campaign form also shows estimates for your settings. Estimates are planning aids, not reservations or completion deadlines. Check them again if your bid, audience or sending limit changes.
Link to this answerWhat happens if I enable automatic CPM increases?
Automatic CPM can raise the bid to compete for delivery, up to the maximum you configure. That can increase the final sending cost above the original estimate. Review both the maximum CPM and the sending limit before enabling it, then check campaign events for bid changes.
Link to this answerWill my calculator choices survive registration and payment?
Use Continue with this plan to keep the selected audience, budget and CPM in this browser session for up to seven days. Continue through sign-up or login to return to the plan. Clearing browser data or letting the plan expire can lose it. Review the prefilled campaign settings before confirming launch.
Link to this answerDoes registration or adding funds automatically start ads?
Registration, saving an ad and adding funds do not create a new campaign. Launch requires your explicit Create Campaign action. Existing enabled campaigns may resume when enough funds become available, so check their status before topping up if you do not want further sending.

Targeting & recipients
Can I target a country, language or interest?
The current advertiser campaign flow does not offer country, language or interest filters. Choosing English or Hindi on this website only changes the page language; it does not target recipients. Audience choices are based on the available campaign types and their activity or Premium criteria.
Link to this answerWhere does my ad appear, and who receives it?
Your ad is sent as a message inside participating Telegram bots to eligible recipients for your campaign type. This is different from buying a post in a Telegram channel. Premium campaign types use eligible Premium chats; regular types follow their own audience rules.
Link to this answerHow large is the audience, and can I exclude past recipients?
Available traffic changes with bot activity, eligibility and campaign settings. Use current estimates rather than a fixed historical database size. The unique-users option checks the same campaign’s retained delivery history, reducing repeat sends within that scope. It does not remove overlap between separate campaigns.
Link to this answerCan I send only to my own bot’s users?
AdHub’s advertiser campaigns are designed to reach audiences through the participating bot network. They are not a tool for selecting only your own bot’s subscribers or uploading a private recipient list. Use your bot’s own messaging tools for that separate task.
Link to this answerAre more targeting options planned, and what will they cost?
This FAQ documents available features. It does not promise a release date or future pricing for country, language, interest or bot-category targeting. Check the campaign form and product announcements for released options, or tell support what targeting would help your campaign.

Pricing policy & cooperation
Do you offer bulk, loyalty or prepaid discounts?
AdHub uses the same published CPM rules for advertisers, including repeat and high-volume campaigns. There are no private CPM discounts or subscription discounts. To compare costs, use the current campaign-type rates and your measured results; a higher bid affects competition rather than unlocking a discount.
Link to this answerWho can I contact about a partnership or referral arrangement?
Contact support with a concrete proposal. Do not assume a referral or partner arrangement includes a lower CPM, reserved traffic or different delivery priority. Any available arrangement needs its own confirmed terms; this FAQ does not announce a future affiliate programme.
Link to this answerCan I reserve traffic or prepare a campaign for a future promotion?
You can prepare an advert and estimate before your promotion, but the calculator does not reserve inventory or guarantee a start or finish time. Review the campaign’s enabled state carefully: creating it can enable delivery. Contact support about requirements that are not offered in the campaign form.

Payments, account & support
How do I contact support or report a problem?
Use the Telegram support link below. Include your advert or campaign ID, what you expected, what happened and the approximate time. A screenshot of the status or error can help. Never include your password, API key or payment credentials. You can also read the public help guides without signing in.
Link to this answerMy campaign stopped. What should I send support?
First inspect its status, balance, sending limit, ad approval and recent events. If these do not explain the stop, send the campaign ID and relevant event or error to support. Avoid repeatedly restarting an invalid ad; fix the formatting, media or other reported cause first.
Link to this answerI saved a mistake in my ad. Where can I correct it?
Open Adverts, select the advert and save your correction. Review the preview and approval status again. If the campaign was already running, stop it before changing content, then review or restart it to apply the saved version. This does not change messages already sent.
Link to this answerHow do I add funds, and what if the payment is missing?
Open Top up balance, enter the amount and review the available provider’s methods, limits and fees. After payment, check your credited AdHub balance and transaction history. Returning from a provider is not confirmation of credit. If the payment remains missing, send support the transaction reference and amount; avoid paying twice while checking.
Link to this answerHow can I request a refund?
The current Terms of Service treat topped-up funds as non-refundable advertising credit, including unused balance, except where required by law or where AdHub grants an exception. If you believe there is a payment error or a reason to review your case, contact support with your payment reference, amount and explanation. A refund or processing deadline is not guaranteed.
Link to this answerWhere can I see my payment and balance history?
Open balance history to inspect recorded balance events and compare them with your payment reference. Keep the payment provider’s receipt as well. If you need a billing document that is not available in your account, ask support with the relevant transaction details.
Link to this answerHow do I recover access or change account details?
Use Forgot your password? on the login page to recover access through your registered email, and check your spam folder for the message. For changes you cannot make in your account, contact support. Keep using the same advertiser account so your balance, adverts and campaign history stay together.
Link to this answerCan I give separate access to my team?
The advertiser account does not currently provide team roles or separate member permissions. Keep login credentials private. If a colleague needs access for a specific workflow, discuss the requirement with support; connecting an AI assistant is a separate, scoped authorisation flow.
Link to this answerCan I connect an AI assistant to my AdHub account?
Yes, AdHub provides an advertiser MCP connection with OAuth and scoped access to your own account. Read access lets a compatible assistant inspect your data; write access is separate. Review requested permissions and explicitly approve changes. The connection guide explains setup and the available actions.
