1. Make a plan

Open the budget calculator. Choose Broad reach (All Users) or Recently active (Mass Active), then set your budget and CPM. The result estimates successful message deliveries. It is not a prediction of views, clicks or new customers.

Open the calculator →

2. Sign in and create your ad

Choose Continue with this plan. Create an account with email and a password, or log in to an existing account. Your selected audience, budget and CPM are kept in this browser. Add your ad text, destination and optional media, then review the preview.

3. Review the campaign

The campaign form is prefilled from your plan. Check the selected ad, activity window, sending limit and CPM. Editing the CPM or enabling automatic CPM changes can change the final cost. An estimate does not reserve audience or guarantee a delivery deadline.

4. Add funds, then confirm launch

Use Top up balance if you need funds, then return to your saved plan. Check the current balance rather than treating a payment return page as confirmation. Create Campaign is your explicit instruction to create and enable the campaign. Delivery still requires an approved ad, eligible recipients and sufficient balance.

5. Check progress

Open the campaign to inspect status, successful deliveries, spend and events. If it is waiting, check approval, balance and auction competitiveness. A successful delivery is a technical send, not proof that the recipient read the ad.
